Storage Center Rules & Regulations

This is a partial list of the regulations which apply to our storage facility.  Refer to the printed lease for a more complete listing.

1)  Your unit will be over locked and your gate access code will be disabled if your account is not paid up to date.

2)  A $10.00 late charge will be assessed if rent is received 5 days late.

3)  Leesee agrees not to store items in the unit with a total value in excess of $10,000.00.

4)  Customer is required to update any change in address or phone numbers in writing.

5)  Absolutely no illegal drugs or alcohol allowed on premises.

6)  No flammables, hazardous waste, illegal substances, or food items may be stored within this facility.

7)  Subletting is prohibited without a new lease being signed.
